Was this vehicle a one previous owner that had it in a garage or was it left outside?
Plenty of items deteriorate such as rubber and seals over that many years that can result in leaks and perhaps expensive repairs
Spending that kind of $$$ it might be a good idea to have it inspected by a local Infiniti dealer and have them run the VIN number and service history for you.
