How long before 2005s will be sold out?
Does anyone have any idea how long the 2005s will still be on lots? The reason I'm asking is because my local dealer (the only one in my area) has two of the same exact cars that I want on its lot right now (2005 6MT Athens Blue, Graphite, Premium, Aero, Splash Guards, and Trunk Mat). These cars have been there since at least sometime in July. I imagine that I will be able to get one of these at close to invoice and then get some good financing deal through Infiniti's graduate program. The problem is that I don't want to buy a car until April/May of next year because I am building a house and want to wait until I have a garage to put the car in. Plus, I don't want any possibility of screwing up my qualification for a good mortgage rate by buying a $37,000 car before I close on the house. Therefore, does anyone think that there is a chance that either of those 2005s will be on the lot at that time? I realize that there will be a lot of luck involved. I was mostly hoping for answers from people who bought Infinitis in the spring time. Where there still cars from the prior model year on the lot at that time? Thanks in advance.

Why wouldn't you want a 2006? By next April, they'll also be heavily discounted as the 2007 (remodel?) would just be around the corner. But IMO, you're doing the right thing. The house SHOULD come before the car.
Will the 05 car you want right now still be there? It's totally possible, but the chances are not very great. However, if the same dealer still have 04 cars right now on their lot, that would indicate they don't sell well in your area and the chances of the 05 car you want still being there next year are much greater.
