good deal or not for lease 05 6MT loded

just got a quote on 05 DG/G 6mt coupe 700 miles premium nav, aero, 0 down 533/mo 42 mo 15k miles. i wanted to finance but couldn't afford the payments right now. so i figure lease for 42 mo at about 500/mo and have a buy out option of 21.7k at the end of the lease. i do plan on keeping the car.(possibly pay off car and buy it outright before the lease is up if i can) is this a good deal or not? gotta make the move tomorrow or i wont get it under invoice(end of the month). invoice is 35k i believe its at 34k and change sale price! thanks guys

its a good deal, that car is basically new. ****** it up before you cant get another deal like that afterwards. You'll really regret it

The payment looks ok, but there are lots of detail missing, it look like dealer give you a big break on the residua(21.7k), its around 53% as oppose to 45%, its great if you DONT want to keep the car after the term is up, cus you are paying the interest on it now and you gonna pay them again when you finance it when you purchase it later.
