Close to taking the plunge. Looking for feedback on two candidates.

Hello all, first post here. I'm coming from an Audi A4, have already arranged financing, and am in the process of attempting to locate the perfect G35 Coupe. I am pretty particular with what I want, here is what I'm looking for

03-05 Coupe 6-Speed
Black/Black
NAV
Sport/Brembo's/(Aero, not sure if this is part of "sport)
Premium
Preferably around or under $30k

As I have pretty particular requirements, and live in the Midwest, I've already come to the conclusion that I'll have to drive to find what I want. Here are two that I'm considering, one is an 03 in TN, and the other an 04 in FL. (I hope it's OK to post links to AutoTrader, my understanding of the rules was that it wouldn't if it were my sale. Hopefully this doesn't apply since I'm looking, sorry if it isn't).

FL Car

I suppose I have two questions:
1: Do either of these cars seem "in-line" with where they should be pricewise
2: Is there another good source online I'm overlooking to find my Coupe

Thanks in advance.
