If a dealer retrieves a car from another dealership, who gets the holdback?

I have a dealer that can get me a g35 coupe, but has to get it from another dealership and is charging me $500 over invoice. $500 I'm told replaces the holdback.

Is this a good deal anyway?

 

Holdback goes to the dealer that retails the car. The $500 would be for transport more than likely. $500 over invoice is a good deal as I just delivered an 06 Coupe/Auto/Prem/Nav for $1,800 over plus holdback!

 

so does that mean it goes the holdback goes to the dealer that sold me the car or the dealership that it was retreived from?
