Yorkdale is good for me, but that parking lot is ALWAYS full! Can't make it on the 5th, but the other dates are fine. Will it be cold enough for hot chocolate? ha ha!

It's that time once again folks. This is going to be our last Toronto G35 Meet before the winted hits. Therefore, I would love for EVERYONE to come out and join us. Dates and location suggestions are welcome, but I would like to keep it as central as possible this time around. I was thinking Yorkdale Mall. Here are the dates available, so please pick your number one choice set for 1:00pm or 2:00pm meet time.

It's still a G thang!!

 

All dates and times are good for me. But Yorkdale's parking lot is really bad, especially during late lunch hour.

Is a shopping mall near Hwy 401 a preference? Bayview Mall and Fairview Mall will always be able to find parking in their "new" garages, but we don't get to see the sun.

How about the Colossus theater at Hwys 400 and 7? Sunday afternoon traffic is pretty minimal there during the afternoon.

agree that yorkdale really does not have any open parking area.

do we want to show off our cars to outsiders or just our own group??

if just for "us" there are many industrial areas with large parking lots that are empty on Sundays.

 

I like both suggestions, Colossus theater at Hwys 400 and 7 or any industrial parking lots are good. Let's fix a place and see which one of the proposed dates has the most turn up.

Oct 26th sounds good to me. We should meet up at Kennedy Commons that day. There should be another car club there( Toyota Nation).
Yorkdale is too crazy. Pacific Mall??? Fairview mall, forget it.
Does anyone know a place in Thornhill or Unionville??

Unionville, nice place there is a big (big enough) parking lot off of carlton road and village parkway or there is too good pond parking lot which has unionville main street with some wings and beer places.

I cant go to the 5th one either but I can on the 19th and 26th

Hum, i think there is a place in yorkdale that won't be too crowded even on weekend afternoon, the parking lot on the roof of employee parking that has just opened to the public (around the silvercity area) i went there today at around 1-2, and there was pretty empty, not a single car at the roof level especially, or maybe it's because the rain... not sure.

btw, there is a import fest car show inside yorkdale today... and i see so many civics with lamboghini's door, tiburon with huge GT wings, there are few pretty good car such as Supra, X5, CTS, 330... But most cars are just pure rice! How about we all meet up there tommorow and show them what is classy and elegant is all about?!

I went to Yorkdale again today, and the roof is still empty at 1:30, not even one car parked in there, looks like a pretty good place to meet though, got the whole view of yorkdale and the whole roof parking.

I really want to go, but not sure if i can make it...

 

The only day that I can make is the 26th. I'll go anywhere.
