Thanks Chico (and everyone else for the compliments). As for the M3 - I seriously considered it. It had consumed me for at least a couple months. At the end, it came down to the bang for your buck factor. I still couldn't justify the price for a used one, and didn't want to go through the hassle of importing one from the U.S. It is hands down a faster car than the Z, and is a beautiful car, but I find the Z to be more of a head turner. Even with the new wheels, tires, and springs I still don't come anywhere close to what I would have paid for a used M. Besides, the new M3 is coming soon, and I don't know how I would have felt if this suddenly caused a bigger depreciation on the old E46 M's. In the meantime I am enjoying my Z tremendously.

I guess I now have a set of OEM 350Z springs available for sale - I'll post details in the Marketplace section.

A few more pics in slightly better light. Haven't decided whether I want to do any other mods, other than maybe clear corners and maybe a rear lip spoiler.

I'd go for the rear and FRONT lip.

Wow does that ever look nice. The stance is perfect as it is. I can't imagine if it drops another 1/2" or so.

Thanks for the compliment! The last 3 pics were taken earlier this morning. Today the springs setttled in the rear just a tad. So I'm at pretty much a 1 finger gap on the rear now, which is perfect for me. I'm actually now hoping that it stays at its current drop height.

Posted my OEM springs in the Marketplace section. I guess some G sedan/coupe owners like to run Z springs on their cars. I have NO clue how much it drops a G sedan or coupe, if at all. In any event I am going to sell them and the eventual buyer can do what they want with them.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll think about the front as well. Am just scared of scraping. I had that happen too often in my G sedan but didn't care so much because I had a 2004 Brilliant Silver with the black stock lip thingy.

Anytime. The car truly looks awesome with the stance and the wheels.

The Z springs seem to drop the sedans about 1" both in front and rear. On my coupe the '05 Z springs dropped me 1/4" front and 0 in the rear. Less than I hoped for which was 1/2" f&r.

front lip and clear/white bumper reflector does WONDERS on looks much like the drop. Just gotta be careful of the mod bug depending on how long you're planning to keep the car :P I know i've caught the bug!

Veeeeeeery nice and clean car man!

Thanks man. As for clear corners, I did a quick search on eBay and found quite a few vendors selling them. It's funny though - the price to ship the clears is higher than the actual product itself!

Perhaps I'll give Oakville Nissan Infiniti a call and price shop. I prefer to deal with Canadian vendors where possible.
