unfortunately we have a Niagara tour the day before.

 

sounds interesting, like a free car show, think i saw 1 g35 on the list, where is it located? website said "hockey valley" not sure where that is.....

 

I'll go if anyone else is interested. I've been on a couple of runs before and its a blast with over 500 cars going....

Last time, our local G35 group pre-met at a central location. Once everyone was accounted for, we drove up to the Fall tour meeting point( A Go Station north of TO with a large parking lot).
All the car clubs were parked in set spots so when it was time to roll out, everyone would be with their own group when they left for the run.

Hockley Valley is near Orangville, about 30 min north of Pearson Airport.

I believe that this year the starting point will be in Mississauga( according to the web site). It would be a straight run to Hockley Valley. That could change too.
The final route would not be determined until a couple of days prior to the tour.
Usually it would run from 9am to 5pm( sometimes earlier).
This year is unique in that they have aquired a couple of sponsors( Audio Heaven and Mega Auto Collision)
Its a good time .

Hey thanks for the post. I thought I'd also mention a couple things. This years tour is totaly free thanks to 2 sponsoring shops (Mega Auto Collision and Audio Heaven).

On top of it all, Performance Auto and Sound will be making a special appearance. Some of the goodies entail the following:
-Giving away free magazines to everyone and free PAS Nation Decals
-Giving away annual subscriptions to their magazine for $5 a year
-There will be FULL event coverage in PAS Mag for the Fall tour
-They will be scouting show cars to feature in upcoming 2007 issues of PAS Mag
-They will also be scouting other car clubs to feature
