New service manager at Yorkville Infiniti

When I was at this week's 2007 G37 Introduction, I was told Mario is no longer working at Yorkville Infiniti.

They have a new guy working there now. Has anyone tried to service their cars there lately?

My last service was there, back in August. Didn't see Mario so maybe he was already gone. No problems with the service but it was basically an oil change.

I knew that back in August... That guy doesn't seem to be any better than Mario... At least Mario was trying to get some of my problems fixed; but not with the new service manager
