Help! Can't Get FRD 30's ON!

There is a pin on the front rotor which is stopping me from installing my FRD 30's and snow tires. Has anyone encountered this? Can the pin be removed without causing some other problem?

The pin is just there to make sure you don't install your rear tires on the front........ you can safely take it out.... thats what I did and everyone else who got FRDs on their coupes.....

Thanks. I couldn't see how there would be a problem. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

I got the FRD's as well - what rubber did you go with? I did the LM-22 and they are amazing.....

I went with the Pirelli P210's. Just put them on today so I haven't really had a chance to try them out.

I got the Pirelli210s too...they're pretty good so far, however, the true test will come when it starts snowing.....keeping my fingers crossed!

Honestly the less it snows the happier I will be. I spent the last two winters in a WRX, but as much as I love my G35, there is no way it will come close to the Subie in the snow. I guess that is the price you pay for class and beauty.
