Too funny Ian. I'm more than a little groggy myself. Went out for dinner with friends, came back here and played some games/imbibed until 3am. Woke up at 6:30 and couldn't sleep anymore.

Wow Colin, you must have dipped into the moonshine last night, I have never seen your spelling off that much.

Hope everyone was good and enjoyed safely.

Really quiet for Karen and I, she was on call last night and all weekend, she was called in a lot all through the night, the poor girl only got a couple of hours sleep. I had a couple extra drinks for her since the Hospital does not condone party animals getting called in .
Besides all that our power was out a couple of times and our favourite New Years Channel was off the air .
Besides that it was great .

Happy hangovers boys and girls......all the best in '07.

Damn, Wayne....bummer about K having to cover. It reminds me of when I was on the FD....If holidays turned out to be on my scheduled shift, I worked it......(unless we could get people to fill in for us, but that was nearly impossible this time of year.)

LOL, that was nice of you to take a couple for her.......

Hope she catches up on her sleep soon.....

LOL, power outages....Ironic isn't it, with all that power just across the bay.

Wayne, tough break for Karen. Maybe that can go for brownie points next trip you need to dash away for.

I had a couple for H last night too even though she was there with me.

We had a little house party and were playing a board game at midnight. It was about 20 minutes after when we noticed. One of our guests was really annoyed. LOL

Thanks Colin, I do sympathize with her, I have a nice bottle of wine chilling right now and I have a Prime Rib roast in the oven that is almost done along with Yorkshire pudding + the other fixings and she just got called in again.
Shiznitt, I will be glad when she retires (1 1/2 years).
Oh well in another 5 weeks we will be heading south for a Holiday.

Thanks Deane, it was nice of you to help out H celebrate with the drinks .
I have been working on the brownie points for sure. We are heading to the US tomorrow for some shopping etc. If she gets some sleep tonight.
