I like how the thread has turned from milk to beer.
Thanks Wayne!! This thread went from a bit boring to something everyone can relate to Those Rickards variety packs are always a good choice, I might just need to go pick some up on the way home.

Yeah, that female CEO there did an incredible job with that trust in two years of tenure. She tripled the stock price based on the Labatts sale price. Great job.

I hope you guys don't get nailed on the price. We don't have a cheap brand here.

I thought the Canadian versus the rest of the world prices were even more interesting.

I will find out tonight when we are out. We just buy milk cause we need it, and have no choice on the price.
Well I checked the price of milk today.

2 liters of milk went from $3.99 to $4.69 at our local grocery store .

So Shane looks like they rip us off more in our small town, then they do in NB.

Are you kidding me? this is so weird...went to buy milk today at Food Basics..bag of 2L PureFiltre..normally ~~ $4.50.
Came home..checked the bill.it was $6.15...went back to Food Basic to check this price..and even the cashier was surprised...it went up $2 over yesterday!!
I thought it was just me that noticed this!

Milk to beer? No mystery there, this IS the Canada forum, isn't it? Rickard's is great, but if you ever get out here to Alberta, try some Big Rock or Wild Rose. Though I just came back from Ottawa and enjoyed some Old Mick's Red - excellent brew!

We buy the 4L jugs for between 4.50 and 5.00 depending on the store. Pretty much always 1% variety.
