My parents want a different car. I'm looking for a gently used Altima, Honda or Toyota for them. Anything out there?

Going from a 99 Cirrus to a slightly used Accord/Altima/Camry will be a big step up for them Sam.

You may see more 2-3 year old Altimas coming off lease now with the redesigned ones on the lots now.

A slightly used Altima will be a good choice since the new design has just been rolled out

I'll be going through the same this spring when my daughter finishes school.
I think she'll be more into the Sentra class though.
I'm the same as you though.... not really sure which is the best way to go.

My parents liked the sentra too. I figure that any of the three would be good. They put maybe 10 grand a year on the car, so I thinking used would be a better value for them.

 

I just started a new job as Fleet Manager at Bob Bannerman's Chrysler.

We don't have many used imports on the lot but I'll keep an eye out for you.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've heard that Sentra's are built in Mexico and aren't that great for reliabilty. My one friend who works at Nissan told me they took delivery of a Sentra one time and they forgot to put a head gasket on it from the factory.

 

I wonder at what point they found out it was missing.

 

I can't speak for the Sentra's reliability, but they are manufactured in Mexico.

 

When they took delivery and started the vehicle and huge clouds of smoke came out!.

 

Whatacar, well one of my friend is thinking of selling his 06' Altima in red, he got it mm....I think around Oct. well it's from BC, ya...kinda far from you...but I like the space for back seats, really comfortable car. anyways, let me know
