Quebec Election

Seems like the winds of change are blowing in La Belle Province. Very interesting result to this Provincial election. This is not what I expected. I know that Charest is not popular but I thought that the PQ would steal the Liberal votes. The Federal/Provincial relationship may look somewhat different than it has for so many years. Should be interesting.

One of these days, the referendum camp is going to get it's way....
then it'll get really interesting.

It's not exactly what I expected either. The ADQ stole those votes and they are more of a right wing party closer to the PC (or at least the old PC party we knew) The sexual preference of Boisclair may have not helped in the more conservative rural areas.

The first minority government in 100 years should be interesting for Quebecers. I doubt it will last for long before they head off to the polls again. Perhaps Gilles Douceppe will go back to QC to help out the Bloc.

I'm curious to see how Harper treats the Quebec situation now.
