I will call next week and make reservations for a big table for our group with a 12 o'clock reservation for the 16th. I usually go there for fish at least once a month through the winter, Yummy

Guys looks like the God is with me, Long story short is that I dislocated my finger. So I am out of dragonboat meaning I can be with you guys.

Now how far is this place to Toronto? Also Bill think we can met up at the Timmies on Yorkmills between Leslie and Don Mills so we can go together?

Great news, Eric......sorry to hear of your finger problem, but delighted to hear that you'll join us on the 16th. It'll be a fun day.

Things are lookin' good for me too. Mom is recovering nicely and should be ok to watch the 'kids' for the day...
Fingers and toes are crossed tho ........

Sam, (Whatacar) and I will leave Kitchener area 8-ish and head out for Kincardine which is comfortably about 3 hours from here. You and Bill are welcome to tag along if you want to go this way,,,,,but a better way for you would be up the 400 to hwy 9 and head west all the way....... easy-peasy.

Eric,

Since we would be heading out on the 401, you could meet me at the Timmies on Sheppard Ave next to the Fish House( between Consummers Rd and Herons Hill), then we can jump right on the 404/401 from there.

Ian, The Erie Belle is right downtown and next to the beach with mucho parking......So it might be best to meet there a tad b4 12, find a parking spot, walk around for a minute and then go into the E/Belle for din-din....
(the Erie Belle has good parking too. )

Parking at Wayne's might be tight with 4-5 extra cars, so I'll leave that up to him.....Hopefully we can somehow see his place after (we haven't forgotten that smoked fish, Wayne... ) -- b4 heading back after eating and touring Kincardine in the afternoon.........

I personally want to be back for early evening (for Mom's sake) so I'll have leave around 4 to 5 at the latest to make it back b4 dark.....

Sam T. - I hope that's cool with you and N...

Colin

A good place to meet before going to the Erie Belle is down by the Harbour and Boardwalk if you get there prior to 12.
There is a good area to park on the grass opposite the Boardwalk. From this spot the Beach is right there, along with some nice gardens and the harbour. If we wanted we could even leave the cars there and take the 10 minute walk to the Erie Belle for lunch.
I will send my cell phone # via PM to people that are coming that don't already have my number. If there were problems they could call.
The Kincardine Harbour is very easy to find.
I am posting a Mapquest Map of the Harbour area. I have typed in the location of the Boardwalk, Erie Belle and Harbour.

Excellent Wayne. Sam, Nancy and I will endeavour to get to the harbour shortly after 11 and I'll 'phone you when we're close, to let you know we're in the neighbourhood......
All we need is some nice sunny weather...........
