Help: need people in Toronto's help!!!!!ASAP

Hello
i got accepted by University of Toronto in september semester term, and my brother is coming with me too. He is still in high school (grade 10 next year). I wonder if you guys can help me out which high school is better for him? I hope that high schools are closed to Downtown's St. George Campus as well.
Also, does anyone know the ranking of the high school in Toronto? (Does not matter it is public or private).
And, I have heard that North Toronto CI, and Earl Haig SS. How are those schools?
Lastly, i just heard of OSSLT. When are the students taking this test? Grade 10? if my brother is a transferring student, will it affect him to take the test?

Thanks guys. I really apprecaite!!

Here's a link explaining the OSSLT...http://www.edu.gov.on.ca/eng/document/brochure/osslt/

Toronto District School Board www.tdsb.on.ca

Where are you going to be/planning on living?

Where you live will determine where your brother will go to school unless he decides to go private.

What does your brother want to get into? Sciences, math, arts???
Some schools have specific programs tailored to certain areas of study.( ie: Marc Garneau CI is heavy into the sciences and is nationally known for it)

Here's another link referring to the rating of secondary schools in the GTA.
