so much to do, so little time
BTW Ian, the drive home was great. All turns were markedly different from the past using the mod you passed on.

Ouch, It's very tempting I'll give it that, especially given friendly faces.
When you Boyz decide on a date then the pain will start in ernest.

Terms & conditions are here

It looks like there is some client liability for damages
Client hereby accepts that charges to Client for crash damage repair will apply at Operator’s direct costs for parts, labor and any sub-contract repair/re-build work, to a maximum individual Client liability of $ 10,000. per car.
With full time in car instruction & proper track management...
This should never happen.

This event is NOT racing.
Like driving an off/on ramp on the street... you respect the car & your limits.
I suspect that this is to keep false bravado in check somewhat.

Thanks Shane.....
This part may interest some...
The Atom Experience is set up so that anyone can attend;
the company is expecting that much of its business will be in corporate events, and perhaps the odd well-heeled bachelor party.
The organizers emphatically reminded us that it is not a racing school, and is tailored to various levels of experience; participants can ride and drive or, if they prefer, simply ride.

I love this quote. "As my driver picked up speed, I could feel my helmet starting to lift off my head."

Good find, Ian...... and what do you think of their terms?
They seem fair to me ......

......and has anyone seen what's payable and when? Is the $495 payable up front/in advance of the event or is just a doposit payable at booking and the balance at the event?

Update....

I received this email regarding available dates in July...

Hi Ian,
It looks like the afternoon session on July 18th would be an excellent fit if you had a group of 4-6 people.

I have attached the required registration forms. If you would like to go ahead and book this event date please let me know so that I can pencil you in pending receipt of the forms and payment. We ask that the forms and payment be mailed.

Thanks again. I look forward to seeing you at the track.

Regards,
