Beware - Parking at Go Station in Markham - Failed Theft

Hi Guys

Just a heads up, be very wary about parking in the Go Station Lots at both unionville and markham road.

Yesterday my sisters G sedan had its driver side window smashed and the A-pillar bent up in an attempt to steal her airbag.

Apparently from what she was told this is an ongoing thing at these Go-Stations. Its a pity the Go hasn't stepped up and increased its security.

its been happening for like 10 years....my old 95 golf with no mods other than a stereo (just the deck) got broken into TWICE at the Bramalea GoTrain station. My friend's lude was broken into once before as well, and then recently his whole car was towed away and striped down

I honestly wouldn't park anything with a hint of mods in it. I only park my corolla there when I take the Go.

Wow Darn, yea the Go stations in markham and a lot of the burbs are totally in the middle of no where and leave theives to go at it as they please.

I park at Miliken, it's a decent sized lot and it's close to the new mall so it's actually quite busy around there, I think theives wouldn't want to try there...... hopefully

LOL, tnx for the warning, RiceBrNr, but the only thing I'd park at any of those is 'Bear the Rottweiler' and only when he was real hungry.....

Sorry to hear of your sister's G damage.....

C.
