Mad Props to TSC!!

http://toronto-subaru-club.com/forum...d.php?t=101392

They had a meeting with Donna Cansfield, the Transportation minister to discuss about the recent laws that has passed. The first 6 pages are talking about questions and concerns about the law. Starting from page 7 is where the details of the meeting is discussed.

I applaud the member who met up with Donna Cansfield and help make a difference in the tuner community. I think this is a good sign that there won't be too much bias on modified cars as street racers. I feel safe driving again!

However, I still recommend you guys to becareful during spirited runs

Good read, XuperXero.....tnx for posting....
Seems like the authorities are at least willing to talk and be somewhat flexible.

Interesting, but didn't the club's meeting occur in May/June, way before the new legislation appeared and street racing came back into media focus?

That may be true. But it proves that there's still limitations to what cops can or cannot do.

They are having another meeting sometimes. Not sure when to further escalate the details on the newest legislation. Did the newest legislation even pass yet?
