Hey guys

I actually had some problems with an annoying noise that was coming from my rear.... I took it to Agincourt Infiniti for the past 4 days to try to fix that noise... but they couldn't do it. Cameron was the mech. at Agincourt Infiniti who worked on it... hes a good guy... i won't complain cause he was trying his best i think...but couldn't fix it.

So I decided to take it to Dixie INfiniti...... THEY FIXED IT! .... My mech. was "Mike"... it was a loose e-brake that keep hitting something that made the annoying noise. Kinda suprised that Agincourt infiniti couldn't pin point that out.

Just thought I share this info with you guys and wanted to leave Mike a good feedback. Mike for sure knows his stuff!! Very friendly.

damn.. glad u had a good experience with them.. i won't even start with my experiences...

ps.. never deal with barrie the service manager... he is a disaster of a human being.. harsh but true.

 

well i take in note that i didn't mention the customer service... so you can still be right lol I only talked about the mech. guy who worked on my car

 

hahah barrie ...yeah that guy ...They messed up my key fob and Barrie wouldnt do anything for me ...so I called up the GM personally couldnt get hold of him either ...So i told Barrie well to make things short Im calling my credit card company to witheld the payment, he threatend me that My signature was on the transaction copy, I answered that anyone could forge a signature. Anyways, we came to a conclusion that he was going to fix it all for free, and the next day peter the GM called me and apologized. So yeah, tried to pull one on me ..what a guy ....
