Only one car should be entering the intersection at a time. The rest of the cars making the left should be behind the stop line. Only after the first car has safely made his left hand turn, should the next car advance into the intersection.

 

That's my understanding as well. Fight it, go to the courthouse and ask for discovery to see what the officer wrote down. You may even ask for a meeting with the Prosecutor and cut a deal. Otherwise as others have said. " change the date and fight it. GL

 

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I decided to give the ticket to xcopper and have then deal with it for me. They fought my last speeding ticket and won, so hopefully they will have the same luck with this ticket. I know I could have gone myself, but it just saves me time to give it to them.
