Cruise Control TSB (ITB07-028) for '07 Cdn G's

Hi,
I was just wondering if this TSB applies to Canadian '07 G35's? It refers to the need to reprogram the ECM if there is a cruise control speed fluctuation when the vehicle is going downhill. My dealership says that they haven't needed to do it on any other G's and indicated that perhaps it only applies to G's sold in the US.

I'll be asking for it. Cruise jerkiness is another on a growing list of gripes about this car...

^The unit on my '04 had to be replaced after about a year. Not the smoothest system but one of the better ones I've owned.

I don't know why the TSB wouldn't apply to Canadian vehicles. We have the same original programming as the US models right?

I did however ask my local dealership about it and they said they didn't know anything about it. They could be lying.
