Are the overlays expensive? If not, what's the worst that can happen should you try it yourself? You rip them off and buy a new set.

My overlays that I bought from Bat were $45 IIRC. Worse case scenario if you try to install them yourself is that you ruin the overlays and need to buy a new set. Having said that, if you take your time you'll be fine.
