Hey Everyone,

I wanted to apologize for not being very active on the boards lately. Had some family health problems that I was dealing with. Thankfully, things are getting better now.

Now for my question! My driver side headlight died the other night. I did some searching on the boards and I've read that it could be the ballast not the bulb that went. How can you tell that it's the ballast or the bulb that requires replacement?

If it's the bulb (I believe it's D2R) that needs replacing, any recommendations on the type of bulb and where to get them? I've heard good things about Philips, but thought I would us you all for some recommendations.

Switch bulbs from left to right side.
If it says out it's the ballast, if it comes on it's the bulb.
