All ebay sellers that sell body kits will tell you the exact same thing. You should ask HIM if it's returnable if fitment issues arrive. Pay no attention to their guarantees of perfect fitment
PS: Leafs suck
I really wouldn't buy a lip off eBay honestly. I bought the clear-side markers from there and they literally just broke into pieces from driving after about two weeks. Don't go cheap on our cars.
