Yeah....
I'm thinking I'll hang at work & get something done, until everyone else gets home & off the roads.

Shame. You'll get yours soon in DR.

We're getting 5-8 cms of snow tomorrow followed by 25-35 cms of rain. That and the 8 degrees expected Thursday should help rid more of this stuff.

Yeah, you've got that right Deane. It will be nice to be in palm tree weather again soon.

We are supposed to get 15cms of snow tomorrow now followed by 40mm of rain and 50km winds. Just another day in paradise.

They're calling for 10-15cm for us tonight and tomorrow morning. That much will officially make this the second most snowfall of any winter on record here in Ottawa.

... and we ain't out of the woods yet.

We average 235.7cm (7'9") here in Ottawa, about double what Toronto averages annually.

By the time it stops snowing today we'll have 285-290cm (9'4"-9'6") so far this year. Toronto is currently at about 140cm (4'6").

The record we seem determined to break this year is 435.4cm (over 14 feet) in 70/71. T.0.'s record year is 207cm, somewhere back in the '30s.

Yeah, we're getting our fair share.

Damn, I can't believe you've received almost 10 feet of snow so far this year Craig. I am not sure what Saint John has received so far, but I don't think it's that much. I tried to do a google search to see what our record annual snowfall is but all I could find is stuff on St. John's.
