Ladder Recommendations

I agree with you guys. I have a 5' a 7' step ladder and an extension ladder.

Okay, thanks for everyone's input. So a six foot step ladder nor a 20 something foot extension ladder fits my needs since I will need it for indoors as well. I will need at least a 12' ladder for my foyer, so having said that, can anyone recommend a good durable ladder for both indoor and outdoor use?

Cool, he'll like it there. Sure, c'mon on down to help him build.

One of my ex neighours was a rep for Factory Five and sells the kits here. I had a ride in his. I haven't seen him for 6-7 years now so not sure if he still does that.
