Join a racing club!
Anybody interested in joining a racing club called Solo2ontario.
The races are on tracks and in closed parking lots (with cones), you don't race other cars so you don't have to worry about any accidents, You basically race the clock.
You'll be racing cars in your class so us g35 drivers will probably be racing supras and [censored] like that.
I"m joining with friends who drive civics and jettas, so i'll be in a different class. I was wondering if anybody would like to join this club, i think it would be fun and we won't be racing total starngers.
Here's the website: www.solo2ontario.com
i think trophies are awarded for winners, and there's a whole season of races. Keep in mind you'll see all sorts of hot cars competing so it seems like a pretty cool club to join. Basically some Fun meets!
post a reply here if your interested

Re: Join a racing club!
I'm real tempted to say yes but I just picked up my car April 7th, so I want to kind of get to know the car (shift points, power band, traction limits etc.) before I start driving 9/ 10ths etc.
Plus I know the whole break-in question is controversial, but I'm going to err on the side of caution and take it easy for a while.
Also, until I feel like I know the car well, I don't want to poorly represent the G in front of some BMW's or whatever... so maybe towards the middle of the summer I might join you.
Hey but if you want some company I'll go with you... but you'd have to let me run a few races with your car!
(...just kidding!!)
Seriously, though, I wouldn't mind hanging around and just watching a few events... so if you want some company let me know and I'll go with you. (PM me)
