Ottawa body shop

Hey everyone,

Last weekend my car was in a minor accident. Somebody hit the rear bumper and just got a piece of the rear quarter panel on the drivers side. I'm looking for advice on finding a good body shop. I already got two quotes, one from 417 infiniti for $1265; and the other from tony graham infiniti for $900. Has anyone had any body work done by either of these shops and would or wouldn't recommend them? Also, would anyone recommend another body shop that does good work in Ottawa. I don't really care how much it costs, I just want it to look as good as before.

I'll post some pics later today.

Just had my work done by 417. They are good. Another member had his work done by them as well. Scott is the body shop manager - he is a good guy. They screwed up a few things on my front bumper and repainted the whole thing for me to make me happy. Would definately go back.

Previous owner of my G got part of the roof painted at 417
I can see where the new paint was applied because it's a little lighter, and the clearcoat is cracking around the edges of the roof. i**** Job IMO.

I got my rear bumber/quarterpanel painted at Tony Graham in January and it still looks good, time will tell if it fades.
good luck

I haven't tried either yet (thankfully) but I dealt with the sales staff at both locations, and Tony Graham's Personnel are head and shoulders above in professionalism.

Yep agreed. 417 Sales staff are the worst - slimy and dishonest. When I first bought my car 5 years ago, they had a deal arranged with me, then didn't call me back when I tried to give them the deposit. Found out later they sold it to someone else who offered more.

I had some insurance work done for a crease in my rear quarter panel done at Carstar in Bells Corners. Did great work, great customer service too. Can't even tell it was there, and I would consider myself pretty picky.
