The G is gone...

Or it will be in less than an hour. I sold it for less than I wanted but it will allow me to start putting my available capital into some assets that actually appreciate in value.

My next car will probably be an '05 Civic Si sedan, which will allow me to make a cash deal.

No more car payments...DOMO

Good move Christian, I know you liked your car but you will be much further ahead investing in some real estate.

You can always get another nice ride later.

The Civic is a great choice for a dependable and econmical ride.

Hey C, tough but smart decision; good luck with the new purchase. Still owe you a beer.

Sounds like a wise move Christian. Before buying your real estate now carefully consider the current situation/cycle of Calgary real estate.

Best wishes.

Wow, that was really quick! I know you'll be better off in the long run. Maybe another G in the future when it's a better fit

just out of curiousity..
if you are planning to get a 05 Sedan SI after the G... wouldn't it be better off just simply keeping the G until it's paid off..?!?
