I bought a new g35xs from them a little over 4 months ago and went for my first scheduled checkup last weekend. I was greeted by name right at the door of the dealership by the service manager (he opened the door for me). What is more important is that he knew how to pronounce my name correctly from the last time I spoke with him 4 months ago. He quickly showed me where I had to leave my car and the guys working there immediately began working. They were done in 14 minutes! I had the choice of sitting in the lounge where there was free coffee, water, or juice or I could just watch the mechanics do their work. They only charged me $40.68 for the oil change too! I've heard other dealers charging upwards $100.

I just wanted to spread the word. If I ever buy another infiniti it will most definitely be from them!DOMO

 

Agreed, I have had good service at TG, had my pre-purchase inspection and oil changes done there, they are quick and professional.
