Bad analogy of the human organ transplant and the suspension parts. No money was exchanged so it's not as if Hella was able to take your payment and then didn't respond. What's worse, is he held the parts but it's unlikely a deal will take place now.

AFTER reading this thread thoroughly, I just have to point out that you have all been DUPED!!
1st of all we have heard Recon's sincere plead as he explained he needed this part ASAP...and we can all agree that he was sincerely in need because he compared it to his heart...and this is sincere because he even apologized

2ndly, you are all bashing him based on what grounds? Simply because HellaFly's alibi soUndEd harmless.. well how do you all know he really had a family emergency, how do u all know he actually saved them for poor Recon, and not in reality sell it for $205 to the next bidder...u ignorant sobs

3rdly, for completely displying your oxymoronic way by bashing a guy that alledgedly bashed another 'PrEmaTureLy' ``without`` ``knowing all the facts`` (or in this case...the actual facts and not just an excuse) is completely contradictive... u r actually eating ur own words

Slow down, go back and read it all again. Who cares whether HellaFly was away due to a family emergency or because he stubbed his toe. The point is that he did not receive any funds, he made a tentative appointment to arrange a sale and was not available. When you return from a vacation is a used part sale the most important thing in your life? Probably not.

Passionate, maybe, but if the car part was as important as a heart transplant the OP would move on and buy something that's available now.

Car parts will always come second to many other more important things in most of our lives.
