Thumbs up Happy Thanksgiving Weekend My Friends.

Just wanted to wish all my friends and families a very nice Thanksgiving Weekend in Canuckland.

Our Thanksgiving turkey was butchered today by my son-in-law.
I absolutely love fresh turkey, so much nicer than a frozen bird.

Karen has everything ready for fresh pumpkin pie also.
Oops, I'm starting to drool on the keyboard .

This is one of my favourite weekends. Families and friends getting together.

So much to be thankful for.

Have a good one everybody.

Back at you Wayne, Happy Thanksgiving to you and K as well. I hope that you and your family have a great weekend together. Btw, how is K's recovery going?

My wife's sister is getting married tomorrow so that will take up our entire day attending the wedding. On sunday I will be spending the day with my parents and having supper together.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Happy Thanksgiving to all as well. Let's hope we all get a little "gobble gobble" from the wife or girlfriend as well.

Canadian Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for our harvests at harvest time. It's also a time to think about all around us and give thanks for that, and to appreciate what we have with friends and family.

This occurs on the 2nd Monday of October.Usually it is celebrated with a big meal of turkey or ham along with lots of fresh vegetables and of course home baking such as pumpkin pie, apple pie, etc.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for all the well wishes everybody.

Shane, K ts doing fantastic after her surgeries, we are so pleased with the results. Thanks.

Great post Wayne. We're celebrating ours a bit early this year over at my parents house. One of my sisters and her family will be there as well.

Fresh turkey sounds good. I don't think I have ever had one.

Best wishes to all our G friends who are celebrating and giving thanks.
