Thumbs down Michelin Wiper blades.... NFG

Picked up a pair @ Costco for the F150 a few weeks back.
I was happy with the performance for the price.

....that is until this a.m.
Had to clean that nasty white stuff off'n the truck this morning.
When I shook the blades against the windshield to get the snow off,
the damn things fell apart.

There are 2 plastic end caps that hold it together,
apparently they are just press fitted & not bonded together.
They popped off & the rest just fell apart.

Very poor construction IMO.

Thumbs down

Ouch, crappy weather to find out your wiper blades are self-destructing.

So that is a Thumbs down for Michelin wiper blades.

I am going into my 3rd winter with the stock OEM blades on my Infiniti and they have been great.
I will replace them before the bad winter weather arrives with the same thing.

It snowed so early this year, it's not even Halloween yet.

I also have them on my wife's and daughters cars.
Try gluing the end caps on; ....that's what I'm doing.

Wow, that sucks. Been using michelin wipers on our cars for years now and never had that problem.

I have those on my Murano. Less than six months later they are leaving streaks and water on the windshield.

I'm going to try the RainX blades next. Haven't been able to find any Icon's here.

Love my Bosch Icons...had them on just over a year now. They are just starting to show some wear on the blades.

Has anyone use Bosch Evolution blades???

shame, they seem pretty decent otherwise (probably the first decent pair i've had on the G), my folks have had 'em on their van for a few years and no complaints, yet.

eh well, something to keep an eye on.
