I guess your store messed up since the exclusions on the coupon include LED lights unless that doesn't mean flashlights.

They changed the coupon, wonder why
Now they list all the items I'd consider purchasing, however I think you could still buy 11 envirobags and use the coupons.

I saved a copy on my desktop the morning 2/12 I got the offer and it doesn't have the exclusions. I can't seem to attach that one to this message though.
