Hello All,
After ohh so long of lurking around, I've finally purchased my G35 coupe.
Will be picking it up this week.
06 Black Coupe Manual.
This has been my fav. car, and i've been meaning to get this car since 03.
Now i'm finally bringing it home.
As for future plans.
I have lots of questions in terms of:
Suspension being the first.
What do you all recommend, or does the coupe performance springs good enough??

Congrats, when I bought my G I wanted black as well... But there was only 2 Stone grey M6's with the brembo package and fully loaded with Nav etc... Enjoy, it is a great car and the stock suspension is pretty good, I had her out at a track last year... Been thinking for a while now to lower mine on Tein coilovers... Good luck, looking forward to some pic's...

Welcome to 'Driver boi, & congrats
In addition to what others have said above,
you will find a TON of information already asked & answered on 'Driver.
Be sure to check out the other areas, such as the tech section.
Also, the search function will yield hours of informative reading pleasure about your new ride
AND.... there's the Canadian classified section where you can often find great deals such as winter wheels & tires.

Thanks all..
I guess my first project is do suspension.
In terms of getting the best possible handling for the G.
I've been reading a lot, whether to go for Coils or springs. I know the harsh canadian weather is not really suitable for Coils. Really leaning towards the Tein Basic right now.
But any input or experience would definitely be a great.
Do we have a G35 Canadian gallery?
Would love to see your G's all suited up....

The site will be upgraded soon, so maybe that's something to consider.
Welcome.
Watchout with your motor burning oil at an excessive rate - this was a known problem for 06-07 M6 G35's, and one of the major reasons why I had avoided them. If it is burning oil, work with a dealership to get that motor replaced under warranty ASAP.
