Angry Touchless Car wash

So i just put my winters on, and the G was pretty dirty.

Decided to go to the Esso touchless.
So i'm here getting her done, probably with the 2nd power spray.
I see something going in thru my windows. not a lot of water, but a few drops here and there.

Could it be my seal from the windows..i really don't know how to explain it to you guys, but have you had this type of problem b4?

Is this covered by Infinity?
or
should i just take it back to the dealership...?

It is high pressure spraying on your car. This would not happen in normal everyday climate conditions. Therefore I think they will turn you away.
Try lubricating your weatherstripping with a good rubber lubricant to keep them soft and pliable.

they are pretty soft....
I think it only happens when i use the High Pressure spray.
the water goes thru the driver side Tweeters

Other than that, Rain isn't really getting in.

It's spelled Infiniti, and it happened to me too. I went to the dealership and got my strip replaced. Never happened again.

That shouldn't happen.
In the summer I occasionally use a pressure washer and in winter I use Sunoco Eco wash touchless drive-thrus and have never had a problem.
I hope Infiniti replaces it for you if. I would try GEE35X's suggestion first. Less of a headache.

Geesshh, that reminds me. I forgot to get my leak on my passenger side coupe fixed. In driving rain water comes in and a back seat passengers get wet.

lol... a couple drips? you're lucky... here's what my car used to do:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/dOk-gk7G1h8&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/dOk-gk7G1h8&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

not as bad now.... but it still isn't what i want.

apparently it's a wonderful feature on most 335 convertibles.

Wow that isn't a drip that was a waterfall
Sounds like the coupes may be plagued with this water problem.

^that's on his bimmer vert.

The leak I have is common on the G coupe. I only found out on one of the few times I had a back seat passenger and also happened to be on a rainy road trip to Cape Breton. It seems to be at the back end of the passenger window where it seals flush against the vertical rubber strip. I'm not worried about it!

I got some free car wash tickets from a buddy that installs the touchless car wash systems. I can say I'm not a big fan, the pressure of the water is quite intense. I've been meaning to ask him what the psi is. But it's winter, and free car washes so I can't resist, but I cringe a bit while it's going on. No leaks as of yet.
