I have some friends with the Mercedes Benz club. They're having a major meet this coming Sunday and extend an open invitation to other forums to participate.

TIME & DATE : JUNE 13th SUNDAY...11am arrive early parking is limited

LOCATION : MARIE CURTIS PARK (LAKESHORE & FORTY SECOND ST)
it is located on the mississauga & etobicoke border

AGENDA : 11AM - 3PM - EAT, EAT, and EAT
3pm - 4pm - cruiise to industrial area for pictures
4pm - 5pm - cruise to MARCHE @ bayview & yorkmills for drinks & food.

This sounds awesome as well, but I didn't see anywhere on their forum where they said that it was ok for us to attend. Are you sure that we won't be crashing someone elses party?

Hey Sam and anyone else who wants in, let's meet at the McDonalds on York Mills and Leslie (North East Corner) McDonald's Parking lot (There's also a Petro Canada there) at 9:30 am, then head to the Toronto Star Plant. Anyone who would like to have breakfast and gas up can get there earlier.

We can meet up with the Mercedes Benz Cruise at around 3 pm.

UPDATE: After corresponding with the MB club organizers, I didn't realize that they allocated food enough for their members, so the 11am - 3 pm part of their meet is only for MB members. Sorry for the miscommunication everyone.

However, we can join them for the cruise and drinks at Marche. We'll coordinate an official cross meet next time.

In any case, it would be cool to just meet up and get to know each other for next time as well.

Aw damn!!

It's my little nephew's birthday party on Sunday so I can't make it.

Too bad for me, I wish I could go -- and I used to have an AMG Benz before I bought the G too... I know some of those people who will be there!

On a positive note (for me) I just ordered and paid for my Racing Hart CPF Tune wheels!! Got them from big_h out in Calgary (great guy to deal with) but missed out on the Stanley Cup discount...

They're supposedly the lightest forged 19's on the market right now for the size (19x9 front, 19 x10.5 rear)... should have them in about 10 days!
