Went to Shinzo Werks yesterday to talk to the guy, it's an odd type of shop. From the street it looks like a regular store, but there's a tiny backstreet behind it and from there it's just a house. Maybe that's why it costs less, pretty much working out of his home.

I'm going over in about an hour to have my Maxima's tails overlayed. Gonna cost me $80.

No, it's $150 all in. Just show up and they put it on. I'll have pics once mine is washed/waxed. I'm not allowed to wash for 2-3 days.

I dunno, probably not. Looks like just grab and pull, then wash your roof, but I can't say 100%

I really want to get this mod done as well. I am also panning on a 1000+ mile road trip where I will be "testing" the comfort of my car at various speeds. Does anyone know how well this roof vinyl will hold up at higher than regular velocity?

Just a suggestion....
Sell the kit & get a 1 piece installed for the same $150

I might just scrap the whole idea, worried that when I try to sell the car the roof might be a different shade than the rest of the car

Shinzo told me he'll do it for $100 since I have the vinyl...tempting well see

I don't think that's anything to worry about.

1. Even if it was a shade darker, your eyes wouln't pick it up because there is no connection to the rest of the paint.
2. When I have debadged the car, the paint is darker underneath & it goes away in a couple of days.
