Ken, I just e-mailed you about the common (so I hear) AC/Bose problem where the centre stack goes dead and the AC is stuck on 20. Hope to hear from you soon, and I also hope you're subscribed to this thread.

 

So far, so good. I was pleased by the frankness Ken provided vis my concerns about service issues I'd had before. Booked in on the 18th to have my dash rattle fixed (hopefully). Couldn't get a G37 coupe loaner for the day though...
