I have been there once and they put up with me wanting my exact specs. Took the time to get the numbers I asked for. I got a print out and was quite satisfied.

As an east-ender though... the whole area looks real sketchy.

 

I stand by for Simone's. He will show you the numbers before the alignment and the numbers after. He also does a great job on balancing.

I always take my vehicles to Level Auto on the danforth rd, i use custom specs, the price is reasonable and the shop is clean and front reception is proffesional. I live in mississauga and i know there are probably closer shops, but i find when i go here the guys take the time to explain everything to me and offer advice on how i can do a great alignment set up. Most other places which i wont mention names, just do what they want and dont even ask if i do want different spec and usually the average alignment shop wont want to deal with lowered cars. They handle my lowered vehicle with ease, the techs are friendly and welcoming and overall it is a good experience, and they also have a cool salt water tank with sharks in there to look at while you wait. One last thing that was appealing and i really liked was you can see your car from the glass waiting room and i really feel comfortable with this. I hate when i cant see my car, they only issue i have is their a bit far from where i live.
