^^ how did you get a court date so quickly? or were you just trying to book a court date? either way, good for you. let us know the outcome.

^ just trying to book a date, they said they are going to give me the court date by mail within the 6-12 month time period, then of course there is another monthly wait till the court date. usually these things take close to a year some even over a year.

You can also get all the information the officer wrote down by asking for it from the courthouse before the trial. I think it's called disclosure. I did it for my last ticket and saw that the officer wrote down I was doing 160 and he wrote it down to 15 over. Decided right then to pay and not dispute.
