I installed my Gordgee grounding kit yesterday, took my vehicle for a spin, but I didn't feel any or much difference??

Anyone else here have a grounding kit installed?

Did you reset the ECU, that could be why you didnt feel a difference as it didnt relearn. I am planning on trying the grounding kit in my coupe.

I did leave the negative terminal on the battery off for 10 hours. I also tried fully depressing the brake pedal 3 times while the terminal was disconnected. The ECU should have reset?

Hmm, that should have worked.
There is also this method:
ECU Resetting Procedures

Timing is extremely critical. If it is NOT DONE within the specify time, the ECU will not reset and the Check Engine Light (CEL) will continue to remain ON. A stop watch or an analog clock with a second’s needle will be useful.

Operations Procedures

1. Confirm that accelerator pedal is fully released, turn ignition switch “ON” and wait 3 seconds.
2. Repeat the following steps (2a and 2b) procedures quickly five times within 5 seconds.
2a. Fully depress the accelerator pedal (HARD).
2b. Fully release the accelerator pedal.
3. Wait 7 seconds, fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it for approx. 10 seconds until the CEL starts blinking.
4. Fully release the accelerator pedal (while the CEL is still blinking)
5. Wait about 10 second.
6. Fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it for more than 10 seconds.
7. Fully release the accelerator pedal (The CEL light will continue to blink).
8. Turn ignition switch to “OFF” position and now you can start the car. The CEL light should be gone.
If the CEL light continues to remain ON, repeat the above steps. Timing is EXTREMELY critical to resetting the ECU.

Maybe some others here with the kit can chime in.

Its a mod that provides such minimal gains you may not actually feel the gains. I know lots of guys say they feel the gain personally if its less than 20whp I can't see anyone actually feeling it IMO. Gordgee web site showes several independant dyno the MAX gain is 7.5whp and 10ft/lbs minimums are around 4-5whp I doubt your butt dyno will notice it.

Shouldnt it make the throttle more responsive though and less jerky. I was looking to get the smoke one soon after I get some little other mods.

I would also be up for a calgary meet something, just need to get my dings out next week.

I'm down for a G-meet! Maybe not now, but when the snow goes away! Good thing I have a winter car to drive with! I got my G detailed by a shop on Monday, so I will not drive it until roads are better!
