Lately I've stated to hear a groan sometimes when I get out of the G. It seems to originate in the rear driver's side of the car. No noise when I get in or any other time when I'm driving. Let me make this perfectly clear. The noise is the cars, Not this old farts. A work mate suggested it might be bushings that day out and therefore don't make the noise all the time as they moisten up in damp weather. Does this make sense?
Any thoughts?

The next time you hear that noise slowly look over your shoulder and say "Shutup A**hole!"
But seriously hope you find the source of the offending noise.

 

It makes sense that it's either a bushing or a strut...

 

Sounds like a sway bar bushing is dry.

 

+1 on the S/B bushing....Shouldn't be hard to isolate once in the air on a drive on lift.

I hear a creak when i get out from the back when my e-brake is on, is this the same issue?

 

Don't know, sometimes my ebrake is on too.

How much would this cost?

 

You can get a packet of lube for a buck or so, a bottle for a couple bucks... or you can splurge on a good brand like Amsoil, etc... and spend about $10.
