greater vancouver dealer service

Can anyone recommend a good service department? Richmond? Burrard? Any others? Thanks.

Re: greater vancouver dealer service

Wolfwood,
I havent had first hand experience with any service yet but the dealer at Richmond supplied the vehicle my girlfriend purchased(via a broker friend)) and it was delivered in above average condition eg, polished and buffed beautifully. If this is an indication of the back shop, they were above average. The sales guys at burrard are very nice people but I cant comment on the service shop. She will probably use burrard the first time as it is very near her condo, time will tell.
Have a good one
Ted

Re: greater vancouver dealer service

richmond's service is the worst!!
1st they broke my car, and could fit buttons in their original position
2nd they didnt even told me that they broke my car or cant fit the buttons
3rd they waste my time ordering the broken parts
4th they fixed the broken part, but they didnt even look at the mis-placed center console buttons
5th they think i'm stupid and wont notice the buttons are still mis-placed
6th they waste another hour of my time "TRYING" to fix the buttons
7th they said the part didnt fit and told me to come again when they have the parts

they **** me off so bad
i'm planning to sue them now!

Told you Richmond Infiniti sucks!
I had the car sent there to do the fuel line check,
and the noisy a/c.
but they ignored my request @@

There is another dealership at

2710 Lougheed Hwy.
Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

try there if you don't mind the drive.

hi guys, i'm in vancouver too. decided i'm getting a g35 coupe... anyone recommend a dealer that treated them well and gave em a good deal on price?

heard some bad stories about richmond & i experienced 1st hand a dealer who was a total jerk when i was looking at the 350z 2 weeks ago.

are there any infiniti's around that only sell infiniti and not together with nissan?

Yeah, I'm gonna try Morrey. I bought my car from Regency on Burrard, and on my second service, they incorrectly re-installed the oil drain plug and 5 quarts wound up all over the place. It could've been a disaster. I'm convinced all of these Nissan/Infiniti dealerships haven't a clue when it comes to this vehicle.

anyone in vancouver actually get a good deal? there's like only 5 dealerships here, and 2 of them are kinda ridiculously far (victoria and kelowna).

Re: greater vancouver dealer service

I got about $1000 off from this commercial vehical dealer guys. You can bring your car in for warrenty services etc. Pretty good services. Guys there are pretty nice. They don't have a showroom or cars for you to try. You bascially have to go to the normal dealer to try the car and figure out the configuration that you like and go to the commercial dealer place to order the car. Don't know if you can still get the same deal now but they say they offer the best price in town. Back in Dec last year when there were such limited coupes, I still got a grand off, so might be a better deal now. They did my tints and installed my splash guards too.

The place is called AutoExperts. Guy's name is Jonathan Cheung. He's the manager/owner there. No harm to check out and compare their prices.

Re: greater vancouver dealer service

Put my order in for a G35 Silverstone w/ 18" wheel package on Monday. Ordered from Regency, told me there's one available end of October shipment with navigation, so he will try to trade for one without ( I can't justify extra $3400 to myself).

No order # or anything else yet, took a credit card imprint... should I do anything else besides wait for the phonecall?

I actually bought my car from richmond infiniti and maybe its me but I think they are OK. Everytime I state a problem, they really did or tried to fix the problems. The parts ordering was a little slow for my a/c compressor and seat rack but I think they are OK over all.

Re: greater vancouver dealer service

I got mine through Burrard....and I can't really recommend, the service department is nice enough, but they have some serious mental problems when it comes to fixing cars...

My Mom got sent a court order because a ticket had not been paid that was given to our G35...while we were away and had it in the shop, one of the service guys took it out, got a parking ticket, and didnt do anything about it!!!

It all got cleared up in the end, but man oh man....
