The lights looks purple/blue, but it's bright white when you see it in person.

You can probably try putting a strip LED on your license plate...

LED's look nice, almost looks the same as my G but I have red map/dome lights not white, sucks if I drop something because I cant see s**t, but then I use the vanity mirror lights to see

Yeah, most of the lights are plug&play:
Parking/city lights or clearance strip
Reverse lights
License plate
Front Sidemarkers
Map Light
Courtesy

The rest, I'm not sure if they are DIRECT plug&play, but those definately are.

Just consult the Sylvania bulb replacement guide to make sure the LEDs replace the right #bulb and you're set.

It's not that hard install...I had to take out the tail lights..there's 3 bolts that you need to unscrew for one tail light...

I replaced my reverse lights twice...since the first led light wasn't bright enuff at night...

This thread helped when I was removing the tail lights:

are the reverse lights brighter than the stock ones? I have heard that people replace them and then find out that they can't see as well as with the stock ones...just curious..

It seems pretty bright..I compared it just by looking at it with another G but I really need to see how far it lights up from the stock at night...
