Navi: Blocking 407 ETR Toll Route

I was hoping someone could tell me how to block out the 407 ETR Toll Route while using the navigation system. The predictive text system won't let me enter the highways name or number although it allows me to block out other roads or locations. I tried searching the forums and even resorted to reading the manual but can't seem to find the answer.
The other day as I was navigating to several locations between Markham and my home in Scarborough I felt that I was trying to constantly outwit the Navi which seemed to prefer the toll road even when it was for a very short distance or not the obvious or quickest choice. Any help would be appreciated.
By the way the car is a 2008 G35x with premium , tech and navi.

most navi systems have an option to 'avoid toll roads'. only thing i found on yours is 'minimize toll roads'. how it behaves with 'minimize' .. i have no clue. should be pg 5-15 of your manual.

Smile Thanks for the Thumbnail

Thanks for the quick response and the thumbnail reference to the manual.I immediately went out and updated the settings on my navi. This should do the trick!
