Door replacement follow up(B-pillar rust)
EDITED: I found additional problems and had to take car to dealership. Will update when final resolution is reached.

if it was me i would have returned the vehicle and raised hell, giving the dealer no choice but to rectify the problem. kudos for volunteering much of your own time to fix the issues. typically i try and give a vendor one opportunity to fix their mistake. if they screw it up again, i have the problem fixed externally and have the bill sent to the originator. of course, i inform the originator of this from the start so they are sure to get the mistake fixed, because nobody likes receiving a bill for rework.
I must say I'm not one bit surprised.
Infiniti/Nissan doesn't strike me as being too customer focused. Too bad because I do like some of their cars but it's definitely going to be a consideration when the time comes to switch.
And the other thing I'll add... there is definetly a difference between one dealer and another but the bottom line is, the head office sets the tone that influences how these dealers operate.
