That would make much more sense. Anyway, I always look forward to seeing a fresh detailed G.

The claying is complete and I'm beat.. I feel like karate kit with the dam wax on wax off rubber arms... No point in taking pics yet since there is clay residue all over the car and I'm not equiped to get it all off tonight.. I'm going to try tomorrow or the next day depending on my time. Woot, no more rust particles or crap in my paint!

It was really bad. The guy I bought it from in SOCAL must have lived close to the rails or something. It was like orange flake. And I didn't even do the front spoiler of the car.... too many rock chips. All I know is there are still going to be some spots that I need to hit some more.

Does anyone know what works best to get that clay residue off of your car? I was just going to use my OCTOsham-thingy!

Octosham-thingy!

^^ I just washed mine after claying.

You should get one of those mitts, though. And wear it, MJ-style. To work.

You coming by for that PC tonight?

You can use a spraybottle containing a 50-50 mixture of Isopropyl rubbing alcohol and distilled water. You dont need to use much. Just a light mist like you would a quick detailer and wipe down with a MF towel.

I don't want to go out looking like a poodle, You might run me down when I see you! As for the PC maybe I should pick it up. I placed the Eshine order this morning but he said it's likely to arrive next week...but possibly this friday.

Awesome before and after shots. Claybar FTW!

Now get a good sealant or carnuba on it to protect it and make it "pop" even more.

I put the mothers carnuba that came with the kit onto the car for a little pop.... but It's temporary. I have my eshine supplies on the way.
