Nice move, Deane. You'll miss the Coupe and all its fun but you'll love the sedan too. I know Wayne & K. have loved theirs and I'm sure you will too.
Great ride and the extra 2 doors will be handy...
Can't wait to see it.....

The silvers now they say are passe in favour of white...but I still like them and the Platinum Ice is one of the hottest. My new 'F' is almost identical I liked it so much.

The Mazda 3 is a hot little number too I hear......

C.

I'm sure many of those items will sell very quickly.
Many are high demand parts.

...your stripping her down yourself?
Unfortunately it's not nearly as much fun as putting them on.
I always found the removal went a lot quicker than the install.

Holy crap, how did I miss this thread??

Congrats Deane, very nice choice indeed and I totally understand why you switched. At least you'll be able to drive this G in the winter!

Still one of my favorite pics!

Yeah, I did most of it. It certainly was way faster. Front springs/shocks went off to the dealer.

I've got a small vacuum leak on the intake so have to pull it apart tomorrow am before returning it.

Yeah, fair enough. I've been so busy lately. Will get something up by Sunday night hopefully.

Shilo from Sudbury was over for a short visit tonight and got 1 pic of my coupe and his coupe. He'll probably post when he gets home.

the rubber trim around the oil fill tube maybe?
It's easy to pinch that under the plenum.

It's all good.

Redid everything but was no difference in sound, idle etc. Engine has an inherent leaking sound right front of plenum and a low idle. I took it out for a good hard run and everything is perfect now. I had disconnected battery and it seemed the ECU wanted to relearn. It's idling much smoother than before since I cleaned up the TB too. It's back to the dealer and I'm on to cleaning up the X now.

Good to hear Deane and we look forward to your pics of your new X

You too will enjoy driving anywhere and in all kinds of weather in style, as I did in our X

Took a few pictures yesterday up at our future home property, before the camera batteries went out. Weather was beautiful- hot 29 degrees with lots of humidity mostly sun.

pics- my new G getting it's first test. My wife could not believe it and could only shake her head.

My dad's frontier and parents trailer and the property itself. Hope you enjoy. sorry about the size of pics. I forgot about how to do that.
